SNAs’ Road Traffic Safety Training at 5 Schools

According to the plan Road traffic safety trainings were provided in 5 schools listed below among all students from grade 1-4. The main topics of the trainings were using our senses of looking ,listening and thinking  for road safety, the concept of danger how to prevent it, crossing safely on zebra road, and holding hands of adult when crossing, walking on the left side and on pedestrian way, not crossing near bending roads, dressing visible clothes, obeying traffic lights and signals, the hazard of crossing road between parked cars e.t.c. During the training students actively participated and asked different questions. Most of the students stated that they have got better knowledge and skill on road safety that would help them prevent themselves from traffic injury/accident and most of them stated that they would apply the knowledge and skill of road safety that they get from the training practically in their daily life and coach their peers and family.

SNA appreciated all schools for their kind cooperation and facilitation during the training campaigns, will continue implementing the rest activities remained.
